License key didn't arrive or won't activate

Check your spam folder for an email from Dodo Payments first. If it's not there, or the extension says the key didn't work, email us from the address you bought with and include your order ID. A key works on up to 3 browsers at a time; click “Remove key” in a browser you no longer use to free one up.

Refunds

Email us within 14 days of buying for a full refund. Details are in the Refund Policy.
